The two-person team of apprentices, Nike Lippelt and Lennard Tödter, with the help of personnel manager and instructor Nadine Reincke, as well as many different presentations, were able to extensively present the company and its opportunities for apprenticeships. With a quiz the newly gained knowledge was playfully tested. There was even a prize to be won.

Additionally, a great talk was given by the apprentices from the technical department, which took place in the “apprentice workshop.” Here, the passion for craftsmanship, skills, and creativity were tested and taught.

With a role play for the job interview, the children could play the role of the recruiter, and hereby gather first experiences as applicant.
