On the 13th June 2023 the DE-VAU-GE received a very special honour.

The municipal fire chief of the fire brigade Tangermünde, Mr. Michael Classe, handed over the letter of honour from the youth fire brigade Saxony-Anhalt to the plant manager Jörn Fischer and the personnel manager Mr. Dirk Enßlen. This letter of honour acknowledges the long-term extraordinary efforts from the DE-VAU-GE to help make youth work prosper, as well as build and support the youth fire brigade of Saxony-Anhalt.
