On 1 August 2024, we welcomed our new trainees to the company.

The day began with a round of introductions so that everyone involved could get to know each other. This created a pleasant and open atmosphere that laid the foundation for the upcoming collaboration.

This was followed by a presentation about the company. The history of DE-VAU-GE and the various values that characterise DE-VAU-GE were presented. This gave our new trainees a comprehensive insight into what to expect in the coming years.

Next on the programme was a scavenger hunt through the company, which they had to master together. They solved the puzzles with a lot of fun and commitment and supported each other.

After the scavenger hunt, there was an exciting tour of the production facilities, where our newcomers were able to gain an insight into our workflows and production processes. It was great to see how interested and attentive they were. They were able to get to know each other better over lunch.

At the end of the day, everyone was delighted with the wide range of impressions and the successful start. We are all looking forward to witnessing the future development of our trainees and accompanying them on their journey.

Together, we will continue to work on our success story and grow.
